Playlists: What’s Your Book Playlist?

I am really big on playlists for book inspiration: Here's a couple you might be interested in.

It's kind of a weird habit I guess, but I simply cannot write without music.

Music for me, fuels the mind movies and that is how my writing gets going. You may ask, what kind of music? And that is honestly, a really good Question.

Creatures of Night Chronicles: Vampire worlds and the music within them

Creature's of Night is really a mixed bag of music that the characters themselves would listen to, and music I use to write action scenes and other... types of scenes... with the X ratings.

I will let you guess what is what.

But it spurs me into thinking about what kinds of music Characters really like and listen to. For instance, Daleina. She's a Kate Bush, Fleetwood Mac and 80's popular music kind of girl. Always has been in all honesty.

But What about the Horror?

There is a whole lot of music that I use to write horror. A lot of which is just about the weirdest stuff I listen to in all honesty.

You know what? I DO!

Epic Fantasy is a new Genre to me, or relatively new. My Dark Fantasy music is hidden among the Epic Fantasy music, I'll flick through this playlist or sit with a single song on repeat for hours, just getting a scene perfect.
